- Items must arrive at our warehouse no later than 14 days from the day you receive the item(s).
- Items must be unworn and returned in original packaging, tags, and garment bag.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on all exchanges (Free label for Italy).
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
- We recommend that you send the parcel using recorded delivery.
- The return has to be within 14 days so example if you receive an order on the 1st July then it needs to be returned to us before the 14th July. This is does not apply to pre-order items.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving for Refund / Exchange.*
- Non refundable items:
- Any items that are worn, damaged, stained or deodorant marks.
- Please note, we don't accept back any items with the tags and slips removed under circumstances.
- Please make sure your item is in perfect condition upon arrival as once the tags are removed Siberica are not held responsible for the item.
- We accept one time exchange for each order.
- * Items from FINAL SALES section aren't refundable and exchangeable.
- * Items from CUSTOM CRYSTAL section aren't refundable and exchangeable because of handmade custom order.
- * For hygiene reason Push-up Pad and Headband Bandana aren't refundable and exchangeable.
