PLEASE NOTE:
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. 

We are unable to redirect goods once the order has been dispatched.
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery and the package is returned to Siberica we will contact you and dispatch the package for a second time. You will be responsible for the additional shipping charge.
Siberica does not take any responsibility for items that may be lost or stolen in transit. In the very rare circumstance that this does occur, we will do whatever we can to help track the parcel.
All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours.
We are not responsible if the package is delivered to the neighbor or who has signed for you. Make sure you are present at the time of delivery.
